The work shed is connected to the main water supply.

The Machinery Shed
The Machinery Shed stands tall providing plenty of access for tractors and other farm equipment. It is attached to the work shed and along with the rest of the property overlooks the manning river. |
Type of Farm
In the past this farm has been a dairy farm and also a lucerne farm. Currently with a Stock Yard near the front access gate to the property it is used as a cattle farm.
There is a pump that supplies the water for domestic and cattle troughs which pumps water at one litre per second with pressure of about 50 pound at the house and sheds. All troughs have a plentiful water supply. The property also has a pump and an irrigation licence plus a traveling irrigator and pipes to fit on the irrigation mains. In our experiences the property has always provided plenty of feed for the cattle even when other properties have been struggling.
The house and granny flat overlook the grazing cattle and water views which combined set the blissful atmosphere throughout the property.
A property with rural beauty, lively hood and close access to Taree, Tinonee, Wingham and Old Bar Beach. The school bus is also available.
Cattle keep well conditioned |
Deep Water frontage
With a deep water frontage limiting flood exposure and a pump accessing the well and an irrigation licence this farm will stand in harsh conditions where many would fall.
